November Fitness Jackpot Challenge

I joined because:

At the end pf the month you will be much closer to each of these things. Remember it took time for you to become unhealthy and it will take time to reverse that damage and begin repairing your body. But getting started today will be the best decision you will make. It also reminds you how much you love yourself and that you are worth it, you deserve it.

  • By the last day, I will be at a healthier weight and have more energy, oh and my mood wont be so up and down either
  • I want to be motivated
  • I want a coach and mentor who understands, empathizes and sympathizes with me
  • I want to eat better and have a better relationship with my eating habits
  • Exercising daily is no longer a battle
  • Lowering my medical bills means I’m in more control of my life and finances
  • Having someone walking me through all this made it so much easier to handle and finish the entire month

Does that sound like something you want and need to experience as well? I am so happy to help you while also doing it for me as well. Being healthy and fit doesn’t need to be a chore or burden or even feel like it.I love these challenges and this jackpot fitness challenge is going to be more interesting. Imagine meeting your goals and winning a cash prize at the end! Talk about starting your health and fitness journey for free huh.

Each month a group of us will place $10 into a jackpot. We work towards our fitness goals. At the end of the month, whom ever reaches the most weight loss wins the jackpot. In the event of a tie, the jackpot will be split into equal amounts among the winners. Though I too put in my $10, I am not eligible to win, this is for one of you to win, my goal is to help you win this jackpot.

Everyday I will hold you accountable, either in the group if you are in the group or through email and text. I will help make sure you are eating better, create a meal plan, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day either at home or in the gym. Answer questions, help you through all your rough spots, encourage you, and support you during and after the challenge.

You choose the program that you would like to do. If you need anything modified I will show you how to modify anything that you need. Get your discounted prices before you miss out and have to pay full price, October Sale. You can join even if you breastfeed, so there isn’t any reason not to join, I breastfeed as well.

Requirements:

  1. Sign up and send in your $10 into the jackpot.
  2. Choose which Beach Body Program that resonates with your needs.
  3. Take full frontal and side view photos of yourself and email them to me, I need before, each week (4 weeks) and your after. This is a total of 6 photos.  You can blur out your face on your own, those who haven’t I will blur the face for you.
  4. Before, weekly and after weight check ins. Total of 5 weigh ins.
  5. Commit to following instructions and doing the entire program for the full 4 weeks.
  6. Testimonial either text or video.

I don’t know if I would have the courage to take front and side photos of me – but I do like the idea, though…. 😀

What a great idea. I am very specific of how I would loose weight and always have trouble when I feel pushed to do something. Life gets so crazy sometimes that I forgot that I actually joined a fit challenge hhah
